All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping – For orders over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your new home decor pieces fit perfectly in your space.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Bath Towels & Bathroom Accessories (personal hygiene considerations)
  • Opened or used decorative objects

All sales of these items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including the Return Authorization Number visibly on the outside of the box.

4 Ship Your Return

5 Track Your Return

Keep your shipping tracking number to monitor your return’s progress.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different color or size of your area rug or bedding set? Our exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, and cover all associated shipping fees.
