How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During this time, our team carefully prepares your items with attention to detail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly serve customers worldwide. However, delivery to some Asian countries and select remote regions may not be available. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our Memphis headquarters, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your decor treasures on their journey to your home.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Our carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) will follow their standard delivery procedures, which may include leaving the package in a safe place, requiring a signature, or attempting redelivery. You can use your tracking information to coordinate delivery based on the carrier’s specific policies.
